When do you ship your orders?
I try my best to get all orders out within 3-5 days after they are placed! I am a one-woman show, so if I get backed up with orders the processing time could be up to 1 week. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding!
What materials do you use?
I mainly use gold-plated brass and stainless steel materials. I find that these are long-lasting quality materials that are also reasonably priced. The details for materials used are in each individual listing description.
What if I like a jewelry piece, but want part of it changed?
No problem! I can customize any piece for you. For example, if you like a necklace style but want the green beads switched out for blue, or maybe you like a pair of earrings but want to switch the charms with the charms from another pair in the shop. I will do my best to accommodate your request!
can I return my order?
yes! Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 90 days after purchase
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
What if my order arrives damaged
I know packages can go on quite a journey! If your order arrives damaged, please reach out, and I will do what I can to make it right
What if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order has not arrived within its estimated delivery window, you have exactly 30 days to submit a case through Etsy using your order info to be eligible for a full refund if the mail service lost your package. It is the buyer's responsibility to submit a case through Etsy Help. I, as the seller, am not allowed to do so on my end
I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address
Please reach out asap to change the shipping address before your order is sent out- once the order is shipped, I am unable to change the address. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to me, I’m happy to resend it, but the buyer will need to cover the additional shipping cost.
My tracking info shows that my order was delivered, but I can't find it
Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, I’m unable to offer replacements or refunds, as shipping insurance does not cover theft after delivery.
