Can you frame my print?
No, we don't frame prints for you, mainly because we've found that people prefer to choose their own frames to match their own tastes and home decor.
Shipping Costs
We charge a small free for shipping in the UK and USA.
We'd love to be able to offer reduced rate shipping everywhere, but sadly we can't absorb international postage prices for our high quality, gallery grade prints.
We're always looking for local print partners in countries across the world. When we find someone who meets our quality and delivery standards we'll try and work with them to reduce shipping prices in your local country.
How are your prints designed?
All of our prints are original, designed by Alex, owner of Myth And Magic Prints, who uses AI as part of the creative process.
Satisfaction and Returns
We're completely confident that you'll love our prints. We focus on quality both in terms of the giclée print techniques we use, the paper we print on and the packaging.
If for any reason your print is damaged in the post, or you're not entirely happy with the quality, please let us know. We offer a 14 day returns policy and will refund you or send another print to you free of charge.
Tariff Free For US Customers
All of our prints for US customers are printed in the USA. This means even though our shop is in the UK delivery will be from a US printer to you so will not be subject to any tariffs introduced by the US government in August 2025.
