Lost orders

DISCLAIMER: Replacements or refunds on lost orders cant be issued; Items marked as "delivered" will not be refunded. Since I am a small business I am not responsible for lost or stolen orders from tracked deliveries. Once I have handed the package off to the carrier it is out of my hands and you should contact the carrier and report it. I would also advise allowing the post office up to two-three weeks to arrive as the post office marks it as delivered ONCE it hits the local post office.
