SHIPPING

We offer FREE EUROPEAN and USA DELIVERY (tracking available) with the local post services (final delivery with the Royal Mail in the UK, Deutsche Post in Germany, La Poste in France, USPS in the USA, etc.).
Shipping upgrades to e.g. AUSTRALIA, CANADA, JAPAN etc. are non-refundable.
Please note that customs duties and fees prepaid by us when shipping to the USA will be deducted from the original purchased price.
Please note that delivery closer to Christmas with the standard post services may be delayed.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The blanket should arrive in its original condition. Once we receive the blanket and if it is not damaged, we will issue a full refund.

International orders are subject to the receiving country's thresholds on import fees, custom duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees. Please note that we are not responsible for these charges that you may incur upon accepting the package. Due to complex and constantly changing nature of international import laws we will not be able to provide you an accurate advice. If you have doubts on what are these thresholds, please get in touch with your local customs department.
COLOUR ACCURACY
Due to differences in monitor and mobile screens, colours of products may also appear different in reality to those displayed in our shop. We use an uniform studio lighting to reflect daylight conditions for all our products. Please make sure night mode is turned off on your device's display because it enables a slightly yellow tint affecting the pictures.
GERMANY - VERPACKUNGSGESETZ (LUCID PACKAGING REGISTER)
In 2019 Germany’s Packaging Act VerpackG came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. paper packing labels, boxes, tape, and plastic courier bags, etc.).
Our business NAMO studio is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) with registration number DE1719903950023. Our Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is Der Grüne Punkt. As consumer please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES - USA
We cover all USA import tariffs and send parcels as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and there will be no additional customs fees or duties for our USA customers. The price you see at the checkout is the final blanket price.
