Frequently asked questions
Refunds and Restocking Fee
All returned items are refunded minus shipping fee.
All items with free shipping incur a restocking fee if returned for refund. The restocking fee is 10% of the cost of the item but no less than 10 €.
Buyers address and undelivered packages
The buyer is responsible for giving their correct and current delivery address. In case of the address is incorrect or the buyer exceeds the maximum holding time and the package is returned to the seller, the seller agrees to reship the package only if the buyer pays for the repeat shipping.
If the buyer refuses to pay customs fees and the package is returned, the seller will deduct all the additional expenses incurred because of this and will refund the difference to the buyer.
Shipping by courier
Please leave your phone number with the order if you opt for express delivery.
Packages sent by courier take 2-8 days to reach their destination (do not forget to take into account the production time).

Check your tracking information:
In the initial e-mail, we indicated the address your WoodWe cover is being sent to and provided a tracking code that should look like this: RSXXXXXXXX.
To track your package, insert this tracking code to the Lithuanian post-tracking site here: https://old.post.lt/en/help/parcel-search
If tracking information says “Unsuccessful Delivery”
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, the item will be held in your local post office for a couple of days.
Therefore, if you get a notification that the delivery was unsuccessful, please contact your local/national post office and provide your tracking code: RSXXXXXXXX.
The post office staff will help you to identify where your package is located, and either set up another time to deliver or tell you where to pick it up.
If tracking information says “The item is returned to sender”
Please email us at info[@]namuos.lt or send us Etsy message, and in the subject line please type in the following: “Post returned my package.” In the body of the email, tell us your Name, Surname, Address, and Order ID number so we can properly locate your package.
Once the item reaches us, we will contact you. You will have to tell us why the delivery was unsuccessful and provide us with the address where the delivery would be successful.
The seller will cover the shipping costs for resending the item. If express shipping is requested, then the buyer will have to pay the difference between normal shipping and express shipping.
