Tools for Neurodivergent, Autistic, and ADHD Exploration, Self-Discovery and Personal Expression
We're a couple of late-identified Autistic ADHDer Coaches who love to be creative. We offer coaching services and we design tools and methods for learning about your own unique mind and neurotype. We're artistic ourselves, and we team up with other neurodivergent artists to bring you fun and fanciful ND Friendly products, as well as useful tools for self-discovery and self-expression. We're committed to anti-culting practices, and our deepest desire is to support you in building a stronger relationship with yourself based on radical self-acceptance, curiosity and compassion.
We met in 2022, through Dr. Houser at All Brains Belong in Vermont. We had each recently learned we were Autistic and ADHD, and we wanted to help other late-identifying neurodivergent adults. Amy Noyes had a background in social work, and Miranda Jane had a background in somatic counseling. We decided to team up and provide supported self assessments for people curious if they might be Autistic or ADHD, as well as coaching and couples coaching to help our clients re-imagine their lives in ways that actually worked for them.
We did a deep dive into our values and goals to refine our mission and clarify what our shared business, ND Friendly, and our coaching business, ND Friendly Life, would stand for and provide. We believe in Autonomy, Diversity, Accessibility, Sustainability, Anti-Culting, and Making Things Better. We were devastated about how many of our people were struggling to survive in this world. The rates of abuse, unemployment and underemployment, chronic health conditions, and suicide attempts were staggering. We wanted to make things better, and we got to work right away.
In 2024 we offered our first workshop for late-identifying AuDHDers and neuro-curious adults, and started offering coaching sessions in 2025. The change we saw in our clients was breathtaking, and the feedback from them let us know we were providing a service they'd been seeking for years and never found before, no matter how often they tried therapy, coaching, or self-help approaches.
Themes emerged in our work, and we wanted a way to get the life-changing information we had out to more people at a time. We were working one on one, and it felt like we were fighting an epidemic of despair and burnout. So many of our clients were suffering similar things. They didn't trust themselves, and thought they needed to change themselves in order to survive in today's world. We knew it was the opposite. . . we need to accept ourselves exactly as we are in order to build lives that work.
We wanted to get this message out to as many people as we could, and knew we needed to expand beyond our one on one coaching model. In 2026, Miranda was struck by inspiration. They'd always enjoyed using Tarot as a way to reflect deeply and explore parts of their mind that didn't necessarily show up in other settings like therapy, journaling, or talking with a friend. They sensed that the Tarot worked because of the structure and method, but that the meaning of the cards could be changed to share the ND Friendly perspective to people who might not otherwise have access to it. In a hyper-focused, special-interest-fueled frenzy, they poured their knowledge, wisdom, and desires for ND people's wellbeing and emotional fulfillment into what would become the ND Friendly Tarot.
When it was complete, Amy introduced them to Em Hannah, who joined the team and brought Miranda's stick-figure sketches to life as fully rendered color images for the ND Friendly Tarot deck.
In July of 2026, we are opening our Etsy store as our home base to sell the ND Friendly Tarot deck and book, as well as other products to support late identifying neurodivergent adults. Some are for exploration and discovery, like the tarot, but others are purely for fun and fashion. You can purchase freely knowing that you are supporting a neurodivergent-owned and operated business!
