When will my order ship?
Physical items are made to order and typically ship within 3–5 business days. You'll receive tracking info once your order is on its way. Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase.
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! I love custom orders. Whether it's a birthday theme, baby shower, or special gift, just send me a message with your ideas and I’ll be happy to help.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because most items are personalized or digital, I do not accept returns or exchanges. But if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 3 days of delivery, and I’ll do my best to resolve it.
What if I made a mistake in the personalization details?
Please double check all names, dates, and details before submitting your order. If you catch an error early, message me as soon as possible. I may be able to correct it before production begins.
How do I access my digital download?
After your payment is processed, you’ll receive an email from Etsy with a download link. You can also access your files anytime under Your Account > Purchases & Reviews.
Can I print your digital files at home or at a print shop?
Yes! You can print your files at home, at a local print shop, or through an online service. For best results, I recommend using high-quality paper or cardstock.
Are your digital designs editable?
Many of my digital items are editable using Canva, depending on the listing. Please check the listing description for instructions and links to edit your file.
