What an improvement! I previously had a bad experience with this seller, when two items I purchased were not as described (both were photo images that were much darker than depicted) and the seller seemed to ignore my complaints. However, he finally got in touch to provide an explanation for his silence and to straighten out the problem. I decided to give the shop one more chance, and ordered this photo pendant of birches in autumn. It is really beautiful, exactly as depicted, and I am delighted to have it. My thanks to the seller for making things right, & for turning his exquisite photography into wearable art.
