Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalised orders
Most of the listings have the option for you to choose the sweatshirt and thread colour/ add text. If there's another colour or design you'd like, drop me a message and I'd love to create a sweatshirt personalised just for you.
Sizing details
The sweatshirts are unisex so may be slightly bigger than your normal size, the size charts on each listing have measurements so if you're not sure I would recommend measuring against an item you currently own. Everything is made to order so I try to minimise exchanges where possible.
Processing/ delivery times
Most orders are made within a week, and delivered tracked 48hrs. Orders during very busy times can take up to 2 weeks to be made. There is also an upgraded delivery service at checkout where I can make your item the same day (if placed before 4pm) and send it the next tracked 24 hr.
International Orders
I do ship internationally, everything is sent tracked. However for international shipments, additional fees may apply. Orders outside of the UK are subject to duties and taxes payable to their country’s customs office. I am not responsible for any additional fees after shipping.
