5 out of 5 starsI bought this design to make a tumbler for a family member who wanted a disney design. I printed it out and the color was lighter then I expected but continued to go through with it to see if the heat made a difference. When the heating process was done it was still poor color quality. I then checked my printer and the ink and such to see if that may have been the issue and I have now changed the settings to different numbers and still looks the same so now I wont be able to use the design for my family member because the color quality of the PNG tumbler wrap. The seller reached out to me and was able to help me get the file with the right color. I was able to help him out for future customers and I was able to print it out and give the tumbler to my family member. I would recommend the product and commend him on his help.
