I requested my item to be delivered asap as I was flying out and needed the order straight away, these guys were brilliant, they did everything in their power to get my order to me, they are truly amazing, they communicated and kept me up to date with the progress of my order..I THANK THEM FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART ...they come highly recommended. :-) x x

5 out of 5 starsAmazing! Beautiful! Worked well with my fiance and myself. Answers questions and communicated well! They help us change some of the wording on the card which was super nice. Having and had tons of compliments on them. Some didn’t hold the paper up on the fridge as well. It glides down but some held with playing with the magnet. Overall the magnet sticks well on the fridge. Strong all by itself which is fine because the main information is on it. Paper looks expensive. Envelopes had sticky on them so that we didn’t have to lick them all shut. I highly recommend these and the owners are awesome. Woods craft was gorgeous and smelt so good like woodsie. Shipping time was a little faster than expected which was fantastic!! Everything was packaged nice and neatly. Well organized. Thank you for our amazing save the dates. Love them!

Payment is due at the time of purchase before any production.
Shipping
Royal Mail 48 takes around 2 to 5 working days to deliver after dispatch
Royal Mail 24 takes around 1 to 3 working days to deliver after dispatch
Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm takes 1 working day to deliver after dispatch.
Higher value items will be posted as Royal Mail Signed For, where tracking information will be supplied.
Outside UK:
Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed is used for majority of countries.
All post is sent as Standard and NOT Economy. Tracking information will be given at the time of dispatch.
Post can take between 5 to 28 working days depending on the country and customs.
We always give correct information for customs, your parcel can be held at customs which is out of our control. At times parcels have been held at customs for a number of weeks. If you require the goods urgently, then DHL is a better option.
We do not accept PO Box address. Full residential address or work address accepted.
You can track the parcel at www.royalmail.com.
Parcels that arrive in US can then be tracked at www.usps.com.
Parcels that arrive in Australia can then be tracked at www.auspost.com
Please note, you may have to pay tax/duty in your own country. This is not included in the cost of the order.
We also use DHL Express, to majority of USA this can be delivered next working day.
Additional policies and FAQs
The following information is for customer satisfaction and also to protect you as a buyer and also us. By placing an order with NIVI Design, you agree to the policy.
Online store:
We are an online store and therefore post all our products. We reply to emails and conversations within 48 business hours.
Sales Term:
Full payment is required for all goods designed and produced. For custom orders, the design process will be included in the price given.
Materials & Pricing:
Prices of our products is based on the superb quality of materials that we use. We laser cut and engrave only on acrylic and FSC solid timber. All our 6 mm thick wood is solid, each piece of wood is different and therefore you will see variation between each item that is product. This is the natural charm of wood! We do also use oak veneer for certain products, this is stated in the listing.
We do not cut or engrave glass. Custom quotes will be valid for 28 days only. We carefully price our products due to the time taken for personalisation and quality of the materials use and therefore cannot offer further discounts.
Sample:
We recommend purchasing samples: NIVI Doves, butterflies & hearts so that you can see the types of materials and colours that we offer. These are not personalised. To purchase, please select “Sample Pack – Photo” and Qty “1”. For some products, we do create personalised sample, you will see this in the listing itself. These are usually Save the Date magnets.
NIVI Design Policy:
Full payment is required before any design work is made. Should you decide to cancel the order before production, we will refund 90% of the order. Should you decide to cancel the order after goods are produced, we cannot refund the order as personalised items have not intrinsic value once they are produced. If a mistake has been made by ourselves, we will ensure that we make the necessary correction.
Custom Order:
Our design fee ranges from £30 to £200 for custom design depending on the product and artwork . This is solely for designs that you do not see in our shop and would like something new. Custom order will also include a proof sent for your approval and make revisions up to 2 times thereafter. We do not produce any work until you are happy with the proof. Custom order quotes is valid up to 30 days
Should you wish to cancel the order before production, we will refund 50% of the order. Orders cannot be refunded or modified for goods that have been produced.
Design work will be original and held solely by NIVI Design. We make sure that the product does not infringe on design rights of others.
Please do not request proof to be sent before ordering/payment made as this is the time taken to create custom artwork.
Correct Information:
Please ensure correct information is inserted for the engraving as we are unable to rectify mistakes given by yourself. If a mistake has been made from our end, we will rectify this in the first instance.
RUSH ORDERS:
Should you wish to have the order RUSHED and posted for next day, please select RUSH ORDER listing along with your order. Rush order charge is £15. Please contact us before selecting RUSH order so that we can advise you if this is possible.
Returns:
Personalised gifts do not carry any intrinsic value and therefore cannot be refunded. The distance selling regulations are not applied to personalised goods.
In the event of items damaged in the post or you have not received your order please contact us so that we can resolve the matter before leaving any feedback. For damaged items, please send us a photo.

What are the sizes?
Each listing will have the exact sizes. Please check this before ordering.
I like your product, but would like a bigger size. Can you do that?
Yes, we can make to given size, please contact us for a quote.
How do I order?
If you see the item you like, add the items to the cart then add the engraving details in the cart/checkout section before you pay.
You can always convo your details after you have made a purchase.
Can you do a custom order?
Yes we can. Custom orders are for something that you don't see in our store or would like a different size. Please convo us in the first instance for more information.
Can I see a preview of my order?
We are happy to send preview layout for orders of 20 magnets or more. Once you have ordered, please let us know with your engraving details.
How many save the dates should I order?
We would suggest ordering one per family. As we have a minimum order quantity of 10, we would suggest ordering 10 more extra as ordering smaller quantities would cost more.
Order marked as gift
Orders marked as gift will not include a receipt. If it is delivered outside of EU then we are required by law to include all information on the customs form.
I need my order ASAP
We need time to make so we would make it within the time discussed. If you are in a rush, please contact us and we can advise how to order.
Tracking your order.
Orders within the UK takes 3-5 working days to be delivered, this is an estimate. Samples will go out as standard post.
Orders to USA, Canada and the rest of Europe, you will have a tracking number that will be uploaded on Etsy and you will receive an automatic email from Etsy with tracking details. You can also track the parcel on www.royalmail.com which will then direct you to your mailing service after it has arrived in your country. Tracking number can be seen on your order section and are should track your order. If your order is sent back, you will be required to pay for the full postage that it cost us for resending the parcel again.
One off samples - Details are different
As you will see, our samples are mainly for weddings. These samples are not for one-off items. Orders with different engraving will be cancelled and refunded.
