5 out of 5 starsCustomer service was superb. Everytime I had a question she would answer in a timely manner. Also, I sent her a photo of my hair color and she matched it so perfectly! I know the colors seem dark at the roots and it’s kinda confusing as to what color to pick when you’re trying to match your own hair. Just leave it in her hands! Send her a pic of your hair and she will get it right. Also her loose curly dreads have a bend at the top, others do not. So I feel like hers will sit so much nicer and be so much easier to braid into your hair! I will def be ordering from her again!

Care instructions
Shampoo every 7-10 days, the first time in 6-7 days.Be sure to wash your hair (!) With shampoo diluted with water.With a sponge, gently pat the scalp and rinse thoroughlyThen wrap the dreadlocks in a towel and hold it for 15-20 minutes. Then remove the towel and wait an hour so that you can use the hairdryer - not hot air and not high power.Dry in 15-20 minutes with a hair dryer.Please do not use balms, masks, conditioners - use only shampoo.
Wearing period
The maximum wearing period is 2 months.Better 1.5 to 2 months
Reusable kit
All kits are reusable.Smooth dreadlocks can be woven 5-7 times or more.Hook dreadlocks can be worn for life.
When the dreadlocks were removed
After the dreadlocks are removed, they must be manually washed with powder.Let it drain and dry, store in a cloth bag, the main thing is not in plastic.

If the parcel does not arrive for a long time
We start looking for a parcel if, according to the tracking number, its location does not change for 14 days. By law, the Postal Service responds to requests within 30 to 90 days. During this time, the parcel is either found or recognized as lost. If the parcel is found lost, we will refund you 100% of the order amount. If the package is found but delivered with a long delay, then you will not receive a refund. Since the timing is not exact, but approximate. We cannot influence the work of the postal service.
If you didn’t pick up the parcel and it came back to us
If the parcel was returned to us due to the fact that you did not pick up your parcel, then the funds are non-refundable.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We always pack with care. But if the item is damaged, please send me photos within 2 days and we will send you a new one.
Order cancellation
In case of cancellation of the order, the money is returned only after the parcel is returned to me. The shipping amount will be deducted from the refund amount - it's 20-30$
Return and exchange
If you want to make a return, then the buyer pays for the sending of the parcel.Dreadlocks must be in original condition. There should be no signs of wear. If you send me used dreadlocks, I will not refund your money.
