I know this seller personally and he abuses the women that sew for him. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HIM. He overcharges and underpays. Buy from reputable people, which is is the furthest thing from, if human at all. I found this out from himself, and made him forget.

This. rug is exactly as purchased. It is beautiful, vibrant and came within a couple of days to the states. I would definitely order from this seller again.

The item is poor quality and I recommend to all buyers that they look elsewhere. The seller has no ethics.When I asked to return or exchange the item, the seller said they agreed to return but that it would not pass customs 'COMING BACK INTO TURKEY' . This is impossible but it may be that it was illegally sold FROM TURKEY BY THE SELLER. I want the seller to send a shipping label , will ship item back, and am asking Etsy to investigate the seller. I had proposed an exchange to the seller which they did not respond to. The seller is not trustworthy. It is not possible for a large rug company in Turkey with an international business to have their product not pass customs regularly

I received a stunningly beautiful rug, every bit of what was advertised! Shipping was quicker than most US interstate times and the packaging was quite robust, absolutely perfect condition on arrival. Billing was also handled without any issues. I highly recommend this seller!

The rug arrived promptly, is truly beautifully made and the communication with the seller was very fluid and easy. Unfortunately, in the photos, the colors were far more saturated and vibrant than in real life so I was disappointed when I opened the package. The shop assured me that there were no filters involved but even when the rug is bathed in the sun, it just doesn't match the expectations. For that reason, it didn't find a place in my home yet...
