I’m not very knowledgeable about technical things, but they answered every question I had and walked me through the process of getting the photos to them. They even put them in chronological order for me. Highly recommended this store!

Where do your physical products ship from?
Although our shop is based in Romania, all physical products are printed and shipped locally through professional print partners in the US, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia.
This means faster delivery times, no extra customs or import fees, and high-quality printing close to your location. We work with trusted production partners to ensure your order is fulfilled as close as possible to you.
How are your photo collages created?
All of our photo collages are custom-designed from scratch using professional design software.
We do not use pre-made templates or basic layout generators.
Each collage is carefully created based on your photos, their dimensions and orientation, and your personal preferences.
Since every set of images is different, each collage is fully personalized, with great attention to balance, composition, and visual flow, resulting in a one-of-a-kind, high-quality keepsake.
In what format will I receive my photo collage?
You will receive your custom photo collage in three high-resolution formats, all prepared at 300 DPI for professional-quality printing.
The PDF version is ideal for print shops and large-format printing.
The PNG file works well for digital use or when a transparent background is needed.
The JPG format is commonly used for home printing or standard print services.
Other formats or higher resolutions can be provided upon request.
How long does it take to receive my digital collage?
Most digital collages are completed within 2–4 business days, depending on the number of photos and the time needed to create the collage.
Before we send the final files, you will receive a preview (proof) to review and approve, so you can request adjustments if needed.
We always aim to complete your order as quickly as possible, without compromising on quality. If you need it sooner, feel free to message us. We’re happy to accommodate urgent requests whenever we can.
Can I request changes after receiving the collage?
Yes, we’re happy to make small adjustments during the proofing stage, such as swapping a few photos, removing or adding some, or making changes to text or font.
Since each collage is created from scratch and carefully balanced, we recommend keeping changes minimal.
Major revisions may affect the overall composition and require starting the design from the beginning, which would involve placing a new order.
