Are your pieces true to size?
Our knits are designed with a relaxed, oversized silhouette unless noted. Each listing includes exact measurements — please compare them with a piece you love. Between sizes or unsure? Message us before ordering; we're happy to advise.
What are the fibers?
Every listing states its exact fiber content (for example, our Multiway Wrap is 90% bamboo fiber / 10% cashmere, and our Baby Cashmere V-Neck is 50% wool / 35% cashmere / 15% nylon). We label honestly, always.
How do I care for cashmere?
Dry clean, or hand wash cold with a gentle wool wash, reshape and dry flat away from heat. Store folded with cedar. A fine cashmere comb keeps pilling at bay — light pilling in the first wears is natural for soft natural fibers.
Do you accept returns?
Yes — within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Message us first and we'll guide you through it.
Do you take custom orders?
We work in small ready-to-wear batches and don't take custom knit commissions — but we're glad to help you choose the right piece and size from the current collection.
Where do you ship from?
Irvine, California. We process orders Monday–Friday: most pieces ship within 1–3 business days, and ready-to-ship pieces go out in 1–2 business days.
