Never received the item I ordered.

Don’t buy anything from this seller, I never received my order and it’s been more than 10 days since I was supposed to receive it and he never responded to my messages for updates or refund.

Long deliver time no updates on shipment

Says delivery on 1/2/24 but nothing. No response after 2 messages over 3-4 days. I requested tracking information—crickets. Trying to get a refund.

The size is a little small for a large but great hoodie

It’s pretty similar to how the photo looks. The only difference is the writing on the sleeves is much smaller in person. It’s not the best quality but I think it’s pretty fair for the price 👍🏼

Beware of this seller. Not only poor customer service, but I ordered a sweatshirt that says shipped, but noticed it was canceled at some point and I was never notified. I never received the item or my refund of $30.00 . My granddaughter is very disappointed and I'm upset she never received item. I believe this seller should be removed from swelling on Etsy.

I never received my item. I ordered it well over a month ago and never got it. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and I ended up having to order other last minute things to replace this. Now I’m trying to get a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP. I have not received my order even though it says it was delivered. After reading other reviews i see i am not alone! When i click on the tracking it goes to a blank screen for some reason. Also, it says it ships from idaho and i LIVE in idaho so i didn’t think it would take too long.. i have a feeling i won’t be getting my item at all which is too bad because it was a bday present for my niece and i ordered it in plenty of time.. UPDATE: finally did receive the hoodie NINTEEN DAYS AFTER i purchased it (10 days after it said it was already delivered??) and the hoodie is very weird cheap shiny polyester... would not buy again. What a pain and a rip off.
