How does Pre order work
We may list some items for sale before we have physical stock if it. These items usually come with an introductory price that will be lower than the selling price once we have it in stock. All Pre-order or Back-order items will have an estimated ship date on the product page and it will be shipped out on the estimated date shown on the product page.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If your card was issued outside the U.S., please note that your order may need additional verification before it can be processed. Etsy gist card is also accepted on Etsy platform.
When will my credit card be charged?
There may be an initial authorization of your card once you submit your order online; however, your card is only charged once the order has been fully processed.
Do you accept cryptocurrency?
Due to the high volatility of cryptocurrencies, we don’t accept Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency at the moment. If this changes, we will notify all our customers by email.
How long does it take to process my order?
We process all orders within 24-72 hours. orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the next business day.
Can I cancel my order
Orders that have not been shipped yet can be canceled. To cancel, please contact us and we will promptly refund your credit card.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped out within 24- 48 hours after payment has been processed. An email notification will be sent to the email on file with the tracking number of your shipment.
***Our Butter-based products will melt in temperatures over 80 degrees Fahrenheit. When ordering during the summer months, Nuhture will not be responsible for reimbursement if the product melts during shipment. However, place the product in the refrigerator for approximately 30-40 mins and then let the product sit at room temperature for at least 2 hours. Doing this will allow the product to solidify once again. A product might lose its fluffiness but still potent (not an issue).
