The colour I ordered wasn't in stock , so a substitute was sent which was perfect anyway, but the seller also sent me a beautiful clip of my own initial and some fabulous round clips that took me right back to my childhood. In the highly unusual circumstances of a missing parcel I will raise an query complaint to the shipper and wait for the response - this can take up to 5 weeks.
Brexit is changing the duties that EU customers will pay on items from the UK.
It is a horrible situation - I will always be European and hate what has happened in the UK.
Until there is a better idea of the charges and duties each country will be facing I have taken the hard decision to stop shipping the countries in the EU.
Please be aware that changes will also affect shipping to other countries as the trade deals change over.
Please check before purchasing if the shipping time works for you.

Once Shipped - items can take much longer at the moment as global pandemic situation is changing daily.

USA in particular is having extended delivery times with parcels being held for 7-10 days in LA, CA at point of landing before even being forwarded to each state. This can mean up to 5 weeks from point of order to delivery.
Your items are picked and packed using gloves.

I use Royal Mail Tracked and Signed shipping.
Please be aware that we are UK based so the cost in your own currency will be shown by Etsy converted from Great British Pounds even though Etsy display in your chosen currency.
Please don’t email and tell me the cost should not be so high for shipping without first checking our location in relation to yours.
We are not responsible for any customs or import charges your country may levy.
Please note that as of January 31st 2021 The UK leaves the transitional phase of the Brexit process and you will need to keep in mind that your country may add new additional duties to purchases from the UK.
