Returns and Exchanges

Because each suncatcher is made-to-order, all sales are generally final.
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the event an incorrect item is shipped.

Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with EU and UK compliance laws, buyers residing in these regions have 14 days from delivery to request a return for any reason.

For these mandatory EU/UK returns, or any other exceptional return authorized by the shop, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Packaging and Shipping

We all know how delicate suncatchers are! To ensure your item arrives in perfect condition, each suncatcher is carefully wrapped in protective bubble wrap and shipped in a sturdy box clearly marked with "Fragile" stickers.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the event your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact me directly through Etsy Messages.
While transit issues are out of my hands once shipped, I will gladly help you navigate the situation and utilize Etsy’s Purchase Protection Program to ensure you receive a refund or replacement.
