I received notification when my package shipped, and my beautiful dream catcher arrived in a reasonable amount of time. It was packaged well with a personal note. Each strand of beads is strung in the colors of the rainbow! The hoop is wrapped in a beautiful purple with a rainbow web. My daughter will love it! It is a gift, so she hasn't received it yet, but I'm very excited to give it to her! Highly recommended seller!

The dream catcher is really beautiful and the artist did beautiful work. A couple of the things we asked for were not honored but she did exchange and offered for us to send it back to her. The item took 4 months to get and we were given one unprofessional excuse after another as to the delay. The final product is truly beautiful and with us changing a couple of things on our own, exactly what we asked for to begin with. If I had it to do all over again, I probably would not deal with this etsy 'store' owner because of the unprofessional way our order was dealt with and I did not feel like the item was described accurately. The XXL size was advertised and what we paid for and the item received did not appear to be XXL. The beauty of the creation is the only reason for the 4 stars.
