What is polymer clay?
Polymer clay is a non-toxic type of oven-bake modeling clay composed of resins, polymers, fillers and coloring agents. Polymer clay is softer and more durable than ceramic clay. The finish is matte and smooth.
Is polymer clay fragile?
Once cured, your polymer clay ware should not break. It is however highly recommended not to bend, squeeze, or drop your piece at any point. If mishandled, it is likely that your ware will break. In this case, it will not be replaced.
What if my ware arrives broken?
In the unlikely event your package arrives damaged and your piece is broken, please message me immediately on Etsy. I will review the photos, determine fault, and discuss the replacement options. If approved, the ware will be replaced one time only and a claim will be filed with USPS for damages.
Custom and personalized orders
You may submit a custom order request, but it may not always be accepted. Depending on the time of year and my work load, I may not be able to fulfill your request.
How do I cancel an order?
If you’d like to cancel your order, send me a message on Etsy and it will be submitted and processed within 24 hours. I have no control of the time it takes for the funds to be released to your bank.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you need to update a shipping address, send me a message on Etsy immediately so that I may edit the address prior to shipping.
Orders shipped to incorrect or unverified addresses will not be refunded. Please verify all addresses prior to submitting an order.
Care instructions
You may spot clean your polymer clay ware with a lightly dampened cloth or cotton ball. Do not submerge into water.
It is best to store your wares in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight.
Are there any dos and don’ts?
Yes! Do keep your wares in a cool, dry space away from the sun. Don’t place your wares near surfaces that get hot or receive direct sunlight; i.e. stoves, fireplaces or window sills.
