Returns Policy
All our our products are made-to-order and are not pre-made. Therefore, purchases from Native Prints are final. We are unable to accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind. Please ask any questions you have about our print products before making your purchase as we are happy to assist you finding the right print for your home or business.
We take all precautions to ensure your framed print arrives safely. However, if your framed print has been damaged in transit please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and include description of the damage to the print/frame/packaging and photos. Please make sure to open your package within this time. Please also keep the packaging so that it can be reused for return postage.
When will my order arrive?
All of our print products are made-to-order in Melbourne Australia and are not pre-made. Therefore, our orders typically take two (2) weeks from the time of ordering to receiving your print. We will provide tracking details to you when your order has been dispatched with our courier.
Please note that unexpected delays may occur and we will do our best to keep you up to date in that situation.
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently we only ship within Australia. Overseas enquiries are welcome – please contact us with your request.
What are the framed print sizes?
Shadow box frame made from locally sourced, sustainable Victorian Ash. 3mm museum grade plexiglass. Mounted to 5mm acid free board. Finished with framers tape and stainless steel hanging wire.
Medium Framed Print: 400 x 600mm
Large Framed Print: 600 x 900mm
Extra Large Framed Print: 800 x 1200mm
Medium Frame Profile: 15mm Face, 30mm Depth
Large and Extra Large Frame Profile: 19mm Face, 38mm Depth
Victorian Ash is our standard framing option. Black and white frames are available upon request.
Please note the intended orientation of all prints is indicated in the room photos for each print product.
What are the print only sizes?
Giclée Print to Ilford Prestige Galarie Smooth cotton rag on the Epson 20070 using genuine Epson Ultrachrome inks. Prints will be rolled in acid free paper and shipped in heavy duty poster tube.
Unframed prints are available in the following sizes:
Medium – 400 x 600mm with a 10mm border
Large – 600 x 900mm with a 20mm border
Extra Large – 800 x 1200mm with a 20mm border
