Non personalised goods may be returned within 14 working days from receipt & you will receive a full refund providing that all goods are carefully repackaged & returned to me in their original packaging & in resaleable condition. You must notify me by email at natsuladesigns@gmail.com as soon as you decide that you do not wish to keep the item, within 14 working days from receipt of the item.

It is advisable for you to obtain a proof of posting when returning items, as they remain your responsibility until I have received them. If the goods are not in a resaleable condition, I reserve the right not to provide a refund & you will be responsible for the cost of such goods being returned to you, within 28 days of my notification.

If your item is damaged or faulty, you can return it to me but you must do so within 7 working days after the day on which you have received the item.

For faulty items, the cost of return postage will be refunded, up to the maximum delivery cost of sending the item from Natsula Designs Etsy shop at the time of the order.

Anything you return, outside of damaged items, must be returned at your expense and in the same condition that it was received.

All orders are normally shipped within 3-5 working days, with the occasional exception. For personalised items this is from the time that I have received all the relevant information relating to the order. If your order is for a gift & you would like to have this sent earlier, please let me know via email and I will endeavour to meet your request. Arrival times will vary by destination please see further information above or contact me for more details.

During exceptionally busy periods eg. the run up to Christmas, you should allow extra time for delivery, but please let me know if something is required for a specific date and I will do my best to fulfil your request. I aim to get your items to you as quickly as I possibly can.

Delivery is charged at a variable rate. Within the UK standard delivery will arrive via Royal Mail 1st class. Delivery overseas will be sent via Airmail, unless requested otherwise, and costs will use a weight/ size calculation which can be checked prior to ordering on the cart page.

For customers outside of the UK & EU, please check prior to placing an order if you need to pay import duty or any additional taxes that may apply to your country of delivery. Natsula Designs does not accept any liability for additional taxes and charges relating to clearing your goods through customs. These are the responsibility of the customer.

To ensure that your items arrive in pristine condition, they are wrapped in heavy duty postal boxes or hard backed envelopes depending on the item. All my collages are made with love and attention and I take a great deal of pride in wrapping the items carefully and beautifully to ensure their safe arrival.

If you are buying an item as a gift, please contact me if you wish the item to be sent direct to the recipient.

Please note, that although every effort is made to photograph my items accurately and describe my products in detail, I cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of the artwork. Please contact me with any questions about the colour or size of any item before purchasing.
