ETSY is an online marketplace made up of over 1 million individual shops. The information you provide to Etsy for transaction purposes is governed and stored by Etsy. As a seller on Etsy, I am bound to their policies. Natural Brand Store only uses customer information to fulfill orders. Your personal information (name and address) as provided to me by Etsy will only be used by me as needed to provide my services. I may use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to:
(a) respond to legal process or to government requests (i.e. taxes)
(b) enforce my agreements, terms, and policies;
(c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues;
(d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers or others. If and when required, we will communicate with you about your order status using the Etsy platform.

Natural Brand Store is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If the item is returned due to the wrong address, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping fee to resend the item.

RETURN

Customer satisfaction is the top priority for me.

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return and get a refund or exchange for another item. At this time, we don't cover the cost of return shipping.

Returns will be determined on a case by case basis. If there is a problem, you must contact me immediately by Etsy DM before return.

☞ Item needs to be returned within 14 days after you receive it and it should be not used.

☞ All returns must be in original condition. Please pack the item carefully.

☞ Do NOT just send it back, we will not accept the unauthorized return.

☞ Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are nonrefundable.

☞ The buyer will pay the return shipping charges.
