Important Update on Production Times: As of April 25, 2024, I will be taking a medical leave to recover from an abdominal surgery. I hope to resume operations by May 13, 2024. However, this timeline is subject to my healing progress as my anticipated recovery period is about 6 to 8 weeks. Consequently, we have adjusted our production times to 3 weeks to accommodate this uncertainty. Please note that this does not include shipping times. Custom and personalized orders
Due to the nature of personalized work, personalized item sales are not returnable or refundable unless there is a mistake made on our part.
Signs that are ordered in the non standard stain color are considered custom and non returnable. The standard stain color is special walnut and shown in the photos of the stained signs. Slate and dark walnut are considered custom due to low demand.
Custom orders for items that are not offered in our shop are not being accepted due to high order volumes. This includes changing the writing on an item that is not a personalized item.
There is a fee to change the writing on non personalized signs due to the extra time that is spent redesigning your piece so that it looks as lovely as possible
How soon will I receive my order?
Most items unless otherwise labeled, are made to order. Production times for each item are listed under shipping & returns below add to cart. Production times start the day you order your sign if during a week day, the next week day after if on the weekend, then end with the ship date. Production times do NOT include shipping times. We do accept rush orders for a fee determined by how fast you need your order and the amount of time needed to complete the order. Please contact us as soon as possible BEFORE ordering if you wish to place a rush order.

We include notes free of charge with your packaging. Please enter this in the note section when purchasing your gift. :)
Care instructions
Please be aware that these signs are not meant to kept in the elements for long periods of time. Prolonged exposure to weather will fade and ruin your signs. Wedding signs can be used outside the day of the wedding with minimal to no damage unless there is extreme weather. This is due to the type of wood, stain, and finish used.
Please use a gentile cleaner when cleaning your signs and wooden items. These items are protected with a satin water based poly, but abrasive cleansers can dissolve the protective clear coat over time.
Stain Information and Disclaimer
Our standard stain color is our special walnut stain. Select items are offered in dark walnut, and slate as well. Due to the nature of stain, darker wood grain will come up with darker marks, lighter more smooth wood grain, will come out more uniform and can be lighter.
Signs that are ordered in the non standard stain color are considered custom and non returnable. Slate and dark walnut are considered custom due to low demand.
Please be aware that wood naturally has defects. Not every board is the same. There may be knots, wood grain and natural imperfections such as cracks or scars in your wood. These are hand and custom made, so they may vary from sign to sign and your sign may look slightly different from what is shown in the photos.
I shipped my order to the wrong address. Now what?
Customers are responsible for making sure the address is correct upon ordering. Please contact us ASAP before the order is shipped if the address is wrong so we can change it. If the order is shipped to a wrong address and is sent back to me. I will contact you. If an order is personalized, additional shipping will need to be paid so that the order can be resent as personalized items are non refundable once made. If the order is not personalized, I can either resend the product at the buyer's expense, or I can refund the cost of the product minus original shipping charges as shipping charges are not refundable once the item is shipped.
Do you accept returns?
I do accept returns on items that are not personalized and in the standard colors special walnut or unfinished. Dark walnut and slate signs are not eligible for return as they are customized and not the standard color offered. There will be a 30% restocking fee on all returns to cover my original shipping and labor costs. All returns must be approved prior to before being sent to me and mailed back within 7 days of receiving. Tracking must be provided and the item must be received in original unused condition to be eligible for a return.
