How to write the initials for the monogram?

Typically for an INDIVIDUAL'S monogram, first | last | middle is the order used. For example: Leonardo Wilhelm DiCaprio, LWD.

Whilst every effort has been taken to ensure my photographs accurately reflect the colours of product, slight colour variations are inevitable. Furthermore, due to monitor resolution, lighting, colour balancing and many other factors, it is near impossible to ever represent thetrue colour with 100% accuracy.
