5 out of 5 starsI've been looking for a specific, quality service dog cape for my Rottie and after looking almost a year, I finally found it. Claire at AdventureDogGearPA was so pleasant to work with, I told her exactly what I needed and she made it to my specifications. My dog is big, so I needed more velcro to hold his larger patches. The cape is heavy duty, the stitching is very sturdy and this cape should last for years. My boy is finally almost full grown so I'm waiting on his custom mobility harness to arrive so the pictures are just of the cape on him. I ordered the XL Teardrop in blue. He still has about 20 pounds to go before he's completely full grown but I'm sure the cape will still fit. I would definitely order from Claire again. 10/10 And, it came with such a nice thank you pack of doggo cookies and stickers.

Can I get a custom fabric?
Yes. Custom fabrics can be done. But, the orders with custom fabrics CANNOT be refunded and there is an up charge. If you want a custom fabric you must message me before ordering.
How long does my product take to arrive?
If you ordered something custom, it can take up to 4 weeks for me to ship it. If it’s a premade item, it will take no longer than a week for it to ship. Sometimes stuff happens and there could be a delay. Typically delays are never any longer than a week. If there will be a delay with your order at all I will let you know!
As for how long it takes for items to arrive once they ship, ground advantage shipping is 2-6 days, priority is 1-3 days.
Can I have a refund?
You can only have a refund if…
• your product is not the correct size, color, etc. do to MY error
*IF YOU APPROVED THE PICTURE OF THE ITEM BEFORE SHIPPING, THE MOST THAT CAN BE DONE IS A PARTIAL REFUND!
• it has been less been than 24 hours since purchasing

• You measured incorrectly/gave me the wrong measurements
• Want a different color
• Put the wrong color/shape

Can I use this gear for mobility?
The short answer is no.
The long answer...
My harnesses and handles are safe for guiding, LIGHT counter balance, and LIGHT forward-momentum pulling. I would never use these kind of harnesses for bracing and heavy-weight counter balance/pulling.
Please speak to vet before doing mobility with your dog to make sure they are healthy and using the correct gear.
Can you ship out of the country?
As of right now, no. Out of country shipping is very pricey and I don't want to risk packages getting lost!
Can I order a vest/harness/cape for my pet if they aren’t a service animal/dog?
Absolutely! But, there are a few things you should know.
• In the US only dogs and miniature horses can be service animals.
• Faking a service dog is illegal and can result in jail time and large fines.
• ESA are NOT allowed in non-pet friendly places.
• Therapy animals are only allowed in non-pet friendly places if they are invited. (you can’t just take them into a store)
• If I find out you are faking a service animal using my products you are permanently banned from my shop and have to send the item back without a refund.
• Please let me know if you are ordering for a cat or mini horse, that way I can make sure it will fit properly!
Can I return my item for a replacement?
No, I never do replacements. I offer refunds if it meets the criteria in the refund FAQ, but I will not replace the item in exchange, especially if they are very customized.
