I would not recommend making a purchase with this seller until you are 100% certain of what you want. I was not able to get a refund after my purchase. The final product was never approved by me and was assumed what I wanted. Unfortunately leaving the color and wedding date of the couple I will be giving it to wrong. It is saddening that I had to throw away money. I was told it had to be sent out because Etsy forces sellers to not keep open purchases. It’s too bad because that facilitates wrong delivered orders and unsatisfied customers. And I am writing this because I have tried to contact the shop and they have not responded.

This was a Father's Day present for my father-in-law, so I didn't get to see the final project in person. But I can say, communication with the seller is great. She e-mailed me proofs before creating the final design. The proof of the final project was so awesome. My father-in-law told me that he was in love with it and that it really touched him. We all live in different states,and only get to see each other once or twice a year. So there is also a story behind why this was the perfect gift. We are planning on buying another one next year for my mother-in-law. 😊
