4 out of 5 starsItem was late for delivery but was in good shape. Seller should provide non countersunk screws as the wedge has no place for countersunk. Looks like they attempted to make a place but undercut it. Looks and fits pretty good. I'm not too sure why the back is curved when my siding is flat?

Hello thank you for the review. The countersunk screws work for 95% of the application and are included as a courtesy to simplify most installations. You may want longer or shorter or slotted screws. You do not have to use the ones i provide free with the mount. The back is curved because you ordered the traditional vinyl siding version which the description mention has a curved back to fit traditional vinyl siding! Thanks for your input!

Can I return a custom order I just don’t like.
If it was my error I will issue a free redo. If invalid measurements were provided to me you will be responsible to provide pictures or correct the measuments. I do a one time redo if customer pays shipping.
Unfortunately since Custom orders are made custom for you they can’t be resold as they are made specifically for you. There are no returns on custom made items. I should be allowed one attempt to fix your concerns. I reserve the right to waive a no return. However if this no return is waived You will need to pay return shipping and I will not be able to issue refund on the time spent drawing your item. Original postage will not be refunded as that was paid to post office and is not recoverable.
What if I provided wrong measurements for a custom order?
Please correct as soon as possible. I might now have started drawing your item. Or I might have started drawing it and have not printed it yet.
If it has already shipped. Please see if you can make it work. If not please provided pictures and corrected measurements. I can do a one time redo if you will cover shipping costs for the second shipment.
What is return policy if i change my mind on what brand doorbell i want or decide to return my video Doorbell
All returns are accepted if you contact me 14 days after you get the item and if you return item withing 30 days. Just state the reason why and provide pictures if requested
If the issue is not the items fault, or the issue is addressed in the item description, or if you order the wrong item[s], or if you decide to return or change doorbell brands. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping is not refundable since it was paid to post office to deliver the item.
If the issue is my fault ,sent wrong color or wrong item, then I will absorb any costs to correct the issue.
