My products are custom made especially for you as soon as you place an order and shipped directly from my carefully chosen production partner. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
I offer only high quality products made to my specifications and guarantee every order. If an item arrives damaged or with a defect, just reach out and message me a photo of the problem and a replacement will be sent. Happy customers are my number one priority.
The photo blankets and sets normally need between 10 to 15 photos. You can either message them to me or email them to dazaccheo [!at] gmail.com.
✈️SHIPPING TIMES: the estimated delivery time for free shipping is 3 to 4 WEEKS, NOT up to 2 months as Etsy shows in my listings :) DHL shipping delivery time is 7 - 10 working days. If you order as a gift and it doesn't arrive in time, you can print out the preview I send you and give that with a note it is on it's way.
✈️If you order the DHL shipping upgrade but your address is in DHL's remote area category, I will refund you the upgraded shipping cost and your order will ship the free shipping method.

Custom and personalized orders
The photo blankets are made using sublimation printing. This is a printing technology with similar results to dying. The results are vibrant and very durable. They will not peel or rub off as the colors are in the fabric, not an overlay.
Just order the design and size you want and email (dazaccheo@gmail.com) or message me your photos. I will then create your design and email or message you a mockup for approval or changes. If we do not get a response on approvals of proofs of custom orders, we will wait for 1 week and then make the order and ship it. We need to adhere to shop deadlines and can not hold orders beyond a certain date.
Refunds and Cancellations
I don't accept refunds since every item is custom made to order. Happy clients are my priority and I guarantee my products against defects or damage.
If item has a defect you will need to email me photos of the defect and we will remake and send you a replacement.
Cherished Home Design is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly.

How do I get my photos to you?
You can message your photos to me on Etsy or email them to me at dazaccheo@gmail.com. Please be sure your photos are a minimum of 600px for the photo collage style blankets. I generally use 10 to 13 photos on the grid style collage and 14 to 15 photos on the freestyle photo blankets/quilts.
Can I use my dog's photo on a bedding set?
It is possible but I need a very large size, sharp, high resolution photo taken in good lighting. The minimum photo resolution is 2000px on the shortest side. What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?
If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible
for paying for re-shipment.
What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?
Cherished Home Design is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.
Care instructions for bedding sets, quilts, etc.
The bedding sets, quilts, blankets, wall hangings are easy care. Wash in cold water on delicate. No bleach, no dry cleaning. Tumble dry low or hang dry. The best way to remove wrinkles is add to dryer with a damp towel.
My order did not reach me on time. Can I return it?
Sometimes there are delays in transit times across all of our shipping carriers, and these will increase in the holiday season. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date. We have had cases where a shipment is significantly delayed and shows as unscanned even if it was shipped. You will definitely get your shipment, but we are in no position to guarantee the timeline. We cannot refund or cancel orders if they did not arrive on time. If your order did not arrive on time, please contact us and the shipping carrier. We try our best to work with you but don't control shipping. Please understand, NO returns are accepted for shipping delays.
