NeatSheetsStudioCo is a small shop based in Leeds, making practical spreadsheets for self-employed people in the UK.

Our first product, the CIS Tax Tracker, is for construction workers paid under the Construction Industry Scheme. It checks your monthly CIS statements, keeps track of expenses and mileage, and estimates your refund or tax bill using the latest GOV.UK rates.

Every formula is tested against hand-worked examples before a spreadsheet is listed. The spreadsheets are designed with the help of AI tools, and they're record-keeping and estimating tools, not tax advice.

How do I get my spreadsheet after I buy?

It's an instant download. Once your payment is confirmed, download the files from your Etsy Purchases page or the link in your confirmation email. Nothing physical is posted.

Does it work on Google Sheets, Mac or my phone?

Yes. The files are Excel (.xlsx) and work in Microsoft Excel on Windows or Mac, Excel online, and Google Sheets (upload to Google Drive, then open with Google Sheets). Phones work for checking figures, but a computer is easier for typing in your records.

Is this tax advice?

No. The spreadsheets help you keep records and estimate your tax using the rates published on GOV.UK. They don't submit anything to HMRC. Please check your figures with HMRC or an accountant before you file.
