Original oil paintings capturing human stories, emotion, and windows into other worlds.

Welcome to my shop! I am a self-taught artist, living and working in Tucson, Arizona for over 25 years. I love translating human stories and emotions into rich oil paintings on wood, masonite, and canvas. I am dedicated to always using high-quality materials and professional processes in each one of my artworks. For example, all of my paintings are finished with a sleek coat of varnish that gives them a beautiful, crisp finish and locks in the vivid colors. I have also recently begun offering most of my paintings with frames.
Each of my paintings either tells a story or expresses an experience that not everyone may relate to. This makes the work even more meaningful to those who feel touched by it. When I have an idea or emotion that needs to be expressed, I spend time and imagination coming up with the best way to bring that story to life. I spend a lot of time on my computer researching ideas and elements that will be in a piece, then I use reference photos and digital sketches to finally execute the concept in oil paint.
