Items are Hand Made in our Long Island Studio by Neil Eyre Owner and Artist of www.neileyre.com and www.eyredesigns.com All items unless noted are made from Crushed Marble.

Please note: Due to the demand for my pieces. All orders are a 2-3 week lead time to make and ship. The listings give a clear indication of your estimated arrival. Please make sure you take notice of the estimated delivery date. I do not accept cancellations so make sure you read before you buy. What I do is a process and it starts just after your order is placed. Our listings are clear and Etsy's check out system avoids order errors for buyers.

All orders are shipped via Etsy shipping and will have tracking. Once in the hands of USPS it is out of our control for delivery times. Also, please make sure your address for shipping is correct, per Etsy's rule we can not alter shipping addresses. This protects you and me.

International buyers: My fees are right in line with the Etsy shipping program. I am not responsible for import duty fees your country may impose. If your box is inspected by customs I am not responsible for inspection breakage but will work with you as much as I can. You are buying at your own risk if you ship to a transfer company outside of Etsy that forwards to you. My pieces are guaranteed to that delivery address only. I can't be held responsible for damage from them to you. Please make sure you insure all parcels from them to you!

Domestic buyers" If you have breakage or an issue please report any damage within 24 hrs of arrival for replacement You maybe required to send the item back (postage paid by us) your replacement will not be started until the return shows in transit back to me.

FEEDBACK if you have a problem please reach out. Leaving anything less than a 5star rating hurts any seller as we are rated in stars now. I work day and night to maintain my 5 STAR rating here . I give your order 150% of myself to ensure the standards we are known for. I am human I make mistakes so just reach out. It will avoid me posting to your feedback something you maybe offended by. Reach out ahead of time so that can be avoided. I reply to every message sent to me. I respect you as the buyer and I ask the same from you. Therefore I don't handle keyboard warriors or bullies kindly and I will be blunt right back in the feedback forum. Any feedback under 4 stars without you contacting us with your issue will result in being placed on our do not sell to list as anything less than 5 stars drops my seller rating.
