All pre-made orders are currently being shipped 3 - 5 business days of payment being received, unless otherwise stated.

Customised orders may take 1 – 2 weeks. If you require customisation, please contact me in the first instance with Etsy messenger to discuss your needs before purchasing an item. Duration to produce your custom order will be discussed when you contact me. Please note that not all orders can be customised.

Digital downloadable art files can be downloaded and received once purchase has been made and payment received.

Orders shipped within the UK

I ship all UK deliveries as standard First Class with Royal Mail, including items with free shipping.

Please allow up to 5 working days after dispatch for your order to arrive. It's usually around 2-3 working days though.

If your item has not been delivered for a maximum of 20 working days please contact me and I will assist fully to locate and resolve any problems.

If you require your item to be shipped as tracked or signed for please contact me on checkout and I will provide you with a price for a postage update. Prices may vary dependant on the item.

If you require an item to be shipped the next day please contact me with Etsy messenger and give me 24 hours of the order being raised.



Orders shipped outside of the UK
IT IS CURRENTLY NOT POSSIBLE TO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY DUE TO COVID 19 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. APOLOGIES FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED.

I ship all International deliveries International Standard with Royal Mail.

Royal Mail International Tracked is also available for an additional cost. Prices may vary dependant on the item.

We recommend you opt for tracked postage for your order to ensure safe delivery if you do not opt for tracked shipping and your order sadly doesn't arrive we cannot be held responsible for its loss in transit but we will assist fully to locate and resolve any problems.

All items are posted to you have been packaged carefully and in packaging suited to the product to stop any damages occurring in transit.

Occasionally some photographed items may not be the actual product, but will be a close representation of the item being sent to you. For example embroidery embellishments may be slightly different in appearance, lining fabrics may differ, pattern placement on fabric items may differ or print colours may not appear as they are on screen but will be a close representation of. This will however be stated in the products description.
