Sizing details

Our items have their measurements included in each listing. Many of our items are available in different sizes. If you have questions about item size, let us know by sending us a message. We are here to help :)!

What should I do if my order is damaged in shipping?

We use the best packaging and wrapping available to make sure your items make it to you in perfect condition, but occasionally damage can occur. If this happens, please contact us within 3 days of delivery of your order. Please take a photo of damage and photo of damaged shipping boxes. This helps us to make a claim with the shipping company and will expedite us being able to get you a replacement item.

Returns

If you return something you're responsible for the cost of return shipping, and if the item shipped with free shipping, the actual cost of the original shipping label won't be refunded. Please contact me before sending things back to see what your actual refund amount would be in those cases.

My package is marked delivered, but I don't have it! Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, if the package is marked as delivered, I have to take that as proof of delivery. It's the customer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location.
If this does happen, check with anyone who may have picked up the package and brought it in. After that, check with neighbors, or look around your house to see if the carrier left it in an inconspicuous area. In the case of stolen packages, you should file a stolen package report with the police and the post office so that they can track patterns of theft in your area.
