Do you ship internationally?

Due to multiple factors, international shipping will not be available for the foreseeable future.

If I can manage to implement it, I will be sure to restock sold out items so everyone has a chance to purchase!

Will [item] be restocked?

It depends!
Items are restocked based on demand, so if something has been out of stock for a while it typically means demand has been low.

If you're curious about a specific listing, feel free to message me about it! If enough people ask I may consider restocking certain items, though it's not guaranteed.

My package didn't show up/was lost/was stolen! Can I get a replacement for my items?

If your package doesn't arrive (and you have allowed extra time for slow downs due to weather, holidays, or general postal issues) I will work with you to find the best solution for your specific case!

If your order was marked as "delivered" but isn't in your mailbox/PO box, I recommend waiting a few business days for it to turn up; delivery drivers will sometimes mark packages as "delivered" without actually delivering the item that same day.

If you placed an order to an incorrect address (and didn't reach out to correct it) I cannot replace or refund the items. I cannot guarantee refund/replacement for stolen or lost packages, especially ones with higher value items (such as keychains or pillow cases).
