Return Policy
1. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss of value.
2. If any item in my store was ordered with free shipping and for any reason it was returned to me (problems with the post office or the package was not picked up from the post office on time), then the buyer pays the return shipping.
3. If the shipping of the order was paid for by the buyer, and I made a mistake when sending the parcel (address information or any other information about the parcel) and it was returned to me, AyerTouch store will pay for shipping back to the buyer. client.
4. The store does not accept returns due to customer error; if the customer did not like, for example, the color and size, then AyerTouch store is not obliged to accept the return. After all, all sizes and colors are indicated and shown to the client during checkout.
Shipping
Shipped within 3-7 business days after you place your order. Delivery time takes about 4-14 business days (in rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to weather, holidays, postal service delays and other factors).

* Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
* In the invoice for the parcel, we indicate the minimum cost of materials so that the buyer does not overpay customs duties.

Information Sharing and Disclosure.
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU.

Object. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
