The item is of very good quality, but there was a small problem with the lamp inside which came unglued during delivery.

I purchased this as a gift for my partner, and they are absolutely blown away by it. We experienced a shipping problem, in which the item was lost in transit at the fault of the shipping company. Tavish offered a swift response when we contacted to check in after not receiving our item, replacing the order and getting the new package in the mail promptly. We had no other issue, and when the package arrived we were delighted to open it and find the shadowbox packed well and securely. No damage occurred in transit, and the quality is impeccable. Clean cuts and lines on the wood, and the lights illuminate the layers beautifully to make a well-loved addition to the decor.

I inquired about this arriving before Halloween. The shop owner was prompt in their response and made it happen well before Halloween! I was shocked how quickly it came. It was perfectly made too! The only little bit of feedback I have is it came and smells strongly of spray paint and the spray paint was not completely dry it seemed as it came off all over my hands. But easy fix with just having it out in our shed to dry and not the biggest deal. I’ve gotten so many compliments already on it! Can’t wait to use it for my costume🖤
