How Do Digital Invitations & Party Printables Work?

Digital files are great for large parties because you can print up as many as you like. Printable files are emailed in 1-2 days. Take your files into a print shop or print from the convenience of home. You can also use the items however you like. Party packages and invitations are designed to print onto standard 8 x 11.5 paper. Just print, cut, and celebrate!

How long will it take to receive my order?

PRINTABLE INVITATIONS + PARTY PACKAGES
You will receive your personalized, printable PDF file via email within 2 business days (Monday-Saturday, 9-6 CST) unless you choose the RUSH option at checkout that will guarantee it in under 24 hrs.

PRINTED ITEMS
You will receive your personalized proof via email within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday, 9-6 CST). Changes/corrections to proof may take up to 24 hrs after the request has been made. Printed orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after final approval has been made. Shipping is done through Priority Mail.

How do I print from home?

Printing at home is easy to do! Here are a few tips if you plan to do it yourself:
•You will be provided a PDF that has two invitations on a 8.5" x 11" with crop marks for trimming. A paper cutter is best, but you can use scissors as well.
•You will need to buy 8.5" x 11" white or bright white paper card stock for rich vibrant color. 110lb or higher is recommended.
•Simply print as you would a regular document! For double-sided printing print one side, flip the paper over, and print the back side
•You will need Adobe Reader to open the PDF.

How do I take my file into a print shop to print?

Simply save the file to a USB and bring it into a shop like Kinkos, Staples, or your local print shop or skip the USB and upload directly onto their website. Most print shops now offer this convenience.

What tools do I need to print up my own package?

All you really need is a printer, paper, and some scissors. These kits are designed to be able to just print, cut, and celebrate! Here are some tools that we love to use:

Paper cutter
Hole Punch (our most used are a 2", 3", and a 3" Scalloped)
Glue Gun - we like this best for adhering our toppers to lollipop sticks

Optional Supplies:
Glue Sticks, Double-Sided tape, Twine, Lollipop Sticks

How do I print address labels or address slips?

Address wraps and slips are a fun way to add pattern and interest to your envelope. They are designed to be printed onto full-sheet label or sticker paper and then cut. Apply them to your envelope by placing the return address part on the back of your envelope (the side with the flap) and then wrapping them around the envelope so that the pattern/design is on the front.

Custom and personalized orders

5" x 7" Invitation = A7 Envelopes (5 1/4" x 7 1/4")
3.75" x 9.25" Invitation = Business No10 (4.125" x 9.5")
Thank You Notes (3.5 x 4.75") = A1 Envelopes or Baronial No4 (3 5/8" x 5 1/8")
RSVP cards = A2 envelope

Is the color on screen true to print?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee color output. Every monitor and every printer interprets colors differently. If you would like to see the colors as they would look printed, shoot us an email and we will send you a color swatch that you can print. Make sure you are printing from the printer you plan on using for the end product

I love and item, but want to make some changes to it. Is that allowed?

We want you to LOVE your party items. Sometimes that means making small changes like color or wording. Many options are available right in the listing, but if you have a question about any item we have, please contact us.

How do instant downloads work?

Once you purchase an instant download from our site, you will receive an email from Etsy with the direct link to download within 10 minutes. If you don't see it your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder.
