We Offer Our Customers a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee, on all our Orders. We Have a Strict NO exchange policy, Only if the Order arrives damaged.
If you're returning the order for a refund, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
The buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees occurred. The buyer is also responsible for any custom or international fees.
Custom and personalized orders
If the item is being returned for a refund, a 20% restocking fee will be charged on all our orders, within our 14-day return policy. If the return surpasses our 14-day return policy there will be a 35% restocking fee charged to the total. Item must be returned in the same manner as received, for a refund and buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees applied.
