I ordered this to hold my deceased chickens' feathers as a memorial. It looks great! Our chickens are our pets and I love having this to display their feathers as a way to remember them.

Bought this for my granddaughter after reading the book Theo of Golden. I thought it would be a nice place to display her feathers she collects on walks. It’s a beautiful piece of wood and I think the personal message etched on the back makes it a special keepsake.

As other reviewers have said, I purchased this after reading Theo of Golden. It is a perfect and natural way to collect and display legally found feathers on the ground. It is nice that there are several different size drill holes for the varying feather sizes.

I purchased the medium size "Featherwood". I'll admit, it was smaller than I imagined (I didn't read the measurements in the description.) Nonetheless, by adding my own feathers, it will be the PERFECT centerpiece for my book club gathering. Yes, we will be discussing "Theo of Golden".
