I'm sorry this product didn't meet your expectations. Although the listing accurately describes the included practice tests depicting the style of official exam questions, printable flashcards, and online flashcard access. I remain committed to helping customers with any questions or concerns.

The study materials were created by me based on the official exam outline and include my own curated content, professionally formatted printable PDFs, and online access for convenient studying. Many resources cover the same exam topics, but the organization, quality, depth, and format can vary. I appreciate your feedback and will continue improving the Study Material.
