5 out of 5 starsThe head stone is just as I thought it would be and it is beautiful. It is a fitting marker for my Hiccup. The only complaint is the shipping. It came in about the promised time, but I just don’t understand such slow shipping in this day and age.

What if stone arrives broken?
This rarely happens, but in the event that it does, we will send you another stone right away at no additional charge. We simply need a photo of the broken stone.
Can I see a mock-up of my order?
Yes, this mock-ups are available if you select the "Full service option" when you order.
What happens if there is a misspelling on my stone when I receive it?
If there is a misspelling that is our fault, we will replace the stone for free at no additional cost. If the stone arrives with the exact text that was entered in the order and has a misspelling that the customer entered, then no replacement will be given for free. A replacement can be purchased at 50% of the original cost if the customer desires.
How thick are the stones?
The rough stones are 1" to 1.5" thick.
The smooth granite stones are 1" thick
The tiles are roughly 3/8 of an inch thick.
