The quality of this chandelier is unmatchable, with any of the ones I’ve seen on the market. Seen a lot of different variety’s, but they’re all made in mass production and poor quality. When the beautiful and highly anticipated chandelier I chose to go with arrived, I couldn’t resist but to have this installed as soon as possible in my newly built home. I must say, it’s a VERY beautiful piece added to the home. Everyone working on the house, my wife and I have been admiring this a lot! WE LOVE IT AND IT WAS WELL WORTH THE WAIT! The builder of these is a guy who stands by his product, and will ensure you receive it. This speaks volume of the product. You don’t get this from mass production products ever!

Aretem was amazing to work with and produced a stunning dining room light. He was very communicative and answered all of our questions and concerns. We sent him custom LED's to install and he was very accommodating. He also used a special non-toxic finish at our request. Very pleased and highly recommend Next Level Wood Light.

From the initial contact to the delivery, everything was simply perfect. I ordered a custom-made dining table lamp made of oak (1.50 m) and my expectations were not only met, but even exceeded. Communication was always friendly, quick, and reliable. You could feel the passion, expertise, care, and love for the craft that went into their work. During the production process, I was kept informed via photo about the stage of manufacturing, and short-term changes were implemented without any problems, so that the lamp exactly matches my expectations. Ich habe eine individuell angefertigte Esstischlampe aus Eichenholz( 1,50m) bestellt und meine Vorstellungen sind nicht nur erfüllt, sondern sogar übertroffen worden. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit freundlich, schnell und zuverlässig. Man hat gespürt mit wieviel Leidenschaft, Fachwissen, Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Handwerk gearbeitet wird. Während der Anfertigung wurde ich per Foto informiert, in welcher Phase die Herstellung ist und kurzfristige Änderungen wurden problemlos umgesetzt, sodass die Lampe genau meinen Vorstellungen entspricht. Our company started with just two employees, but thanks to their hard work and dedication, it has quickly grown into successful businesses. The company has developed a strong following among interior designers and consumers alike. We focused on the design and creation of outstanding, unique light fixtures from eco-friendly wooden materials. With a team of experienced engineers and designers, the company strives to create products that not only look great but also have a positive impact on the environment.

From the sustainable materials used in construction to the low energy consumption LED lighting, our light fixtures are as eco-friendly as they are stylish.

We are a team of 7 people, and we're always in the creative process. We've created more than 500 projects! Looking for a specific wood finish or custom dimensions? Please send us your email along with the product name and any customization details. We’ll provide all the information via email and work together to bring your vision to life!

LEAD TIMES & SHIPPING

Our lead times vary depending on the model and materials used:
• Wooden Chandeliers: 5 days (DNA models) or 7-8 days for others.
• Metal Wall Lights: 12-21 days.
Shipping times range from 5-20 days, depending on location. We ship FeD Ex Economy. Tracking numbers are provided with every order. For urgent requests, contact us for FedEx Express shipping options.

UL CERTIFICATION

While our chandeliers do not carry full UL certification, all components such as LED strips, drivers, and connectors are UL-listed. This is typically sufficient for residential use. For commercial spaces, please consult with your electrician.

LED REPLACEMENT & WARRANTY

Our LED strips are designed to last up to 100,000 hours and come with a 3-year warranty. If you ever need to replace the LED driver, it’s an easy process, and compatible drivers can be found locally or online. LED driver warranty - 1 year.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the custom nature of our products, we accept returns or exchanges only in certain cases. Please reach out to us directly, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
