Returns and exchange details
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Neza Studio, please contact us immediately after receiving your package so we can help resolve the issue.

Neza Studio does not offer refunds but does allow for product exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please send us a message within 7 days of receiving your order. You will have to ship your items back to us and will incur new shipping charges for us to send out your new desired items.

Should you receive a defective item from Neza Studio will either exchange or refund you for the product at our discretion. Please notify us within 7 days of your order being delivered should you have a defective product. We may ask you to send us a picture of the defective product for verification. We may also ask that you mail the product back to us. Should we request the item be returned, we will reimburse you for USPS 1st class mail shipping charges incurred to mail it back. Please contact prior to sending back any defective product.
Shipping
*US Orders*

We ship all US orders via USPS First Class Mail. We process orders in the order received and our processing time is usually 2-7 business days after the order is placed. Delivery time averages are 7-15 business days after the day the order is shipped. We ship from Guangzhou, China.
We do also offer express mail shipping option by EMS or DHL Hongkong. Average delivery times are 4-7 business days after your order is shipped.


We do not send your order insured. While 99.9% of the time USPS delivers your package without any delays, every once in a while USPS damages or mis-delivers a package. We try our best to help out in these situations the best we can, but we will not be liable for any lost, mis-delivered, or delayed packages once your order leaves our facility. We provide tracking will all shipments listing the date and time your package was received by USPS and no longer in our possession. Should your package get lost, it is recommend you call your local post office and provide them your tracking information to request an investigation into the whereabouts of your package.

If you are concerned about losing your package, please purchase express shipping option.

*International Orders*

We ship worldwide using EMS priority Mail. This is our only standard international shipping option and average delivery is 2-6 weeks after shipping date. Tracking information is provided showing when the order is in possession of EMS and when the order has left the China.

Please be aware that you are responsible for any import fees, duties, VAT, declared value fees or taxes based on your individual countries specific import laws.

*International Insurance*

All international orders by default are shipped with no included insurance and Neza Studio will not be liable for lost, delayed or confiscated packages. If you concern about lost, please choose express shipping, which we use DHL or EMS.
