Where do I find my files?
You can access your files by going to your account - purchases and reviews.
My file isn’t opening... now what?
If your file was just an SVG - you must use the “open” folder in your design program. Otherwise, your SVG will open as a google chrome / internet document.
If you have a zip file SVG, right click and press “extract all”, then use the open folder icon in your design program to open the file.
My program says “file type not supported”
If you have a Silhouette, you must have designer edition to open and use SVG designs. We highly suggest upgrading to get the most out of your Cameo! You can upgrade through swing design here on Etsy for around $30!
