4 out of 5 starsI bought a hard copy Mar, 2021. I live in Oregon. August 2023, the USPS delivered it to Torrance, CA. Granted, I should have realized it when this book never arrived. However, when I received notification that it had been delivered to CA, I reached out to Nicole to see if she would send me a new copy. Problem was, we were WAY past the refund deadline AND she didn't have anymore hard copies. Technically, she wasn't obligated to do anything at this point. But she said if I purchased a PDF copy, once I downloaded the PDF, she would refund my money. So, I did. And she did. How cool is that? And how cute is this book?
