SHIPPING PROCESS & APPROVALS
🚚 Orders are typically processed and shipped in the upcoming business days. Delays in dispatching and shipping may occur during Holiday periods due to increased volume. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
❗Custom orders placed on or after December 5 are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas.
🕒 Late image uploads, multiple revisions, or slow proof approvals will extend turnaround time.
Please monitor your messages. If we don’t hear back within 15 hours of the proof being sent, we reserve the right to submit your order to production. Approval confirms all spelling, layout, and personalization details. Colors may vary slightly due to display and printing differences.
PLACING AN ORDER
📫 Once orders are placed they immediately go into production. We recommend verifying that the shipping address provided is correctly written as we are unable to make corrections once we receive the order.
🚚 Most orders are processed and shipped the next business days. Please note that delays may occur during Holiday periods and events due to an increased volume of orders. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
👕 We recommend viewing the size chart as we cannot make any changes to the size selected once your order is placed.
We do not accept cancellations or issue refunds if the previous information was not followed as specified. Kindly note that additional costs may be applied if corrections are absolutely necessary.

LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED ITEMS
🔸 We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not issue refunds if the tracking updates show that the item is delivered.
🔹 We are not responsible for returned items due to incorrect information provided in the shipping address, as well as failure to collect item at a Drop-off location. Customers will need to cover shipping fees to resend the order.

• It's important to note that acquiring our clipart and digital paper does not entail a transfer of copyright.
