I do not provide money refunds for shipped orders, earlier than 25 business DAYS after your order marked as shipped. Please note that seller is not responsible for the speed and quality of postal services. These terms - 45 business days for INTERNATIONAL shipping is normal. Usually it takes less time, but I can not guarantee how fast or slow post offices are work. Hope for your understanding.
