Where can I find the files after purchasing a Digital product?
After downloading, you will have a text document available for download in which you will find a link to download your files to Google Drive (Only for Set's) all other u can searching here: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases
How long it takes for my item to be delivered?
We're shipping our items with Ukrposhta postal service. The orders are produced and dispatched within 14-21 business days after the initial purchase. Shipping to Europe and Central Asia takes around 10-18 business days, whereas Americas, Australia and other parts of the world take around 10-18 business days too, provided the address is correct and there's a recipient present at the time of the delivery.
We aren't responsible for delays that are caused by non-present recipient / incorrect / missing address / customs delay. For these kinds of setbacks, we do not do any refunds and must charge a reshipment fee to send the item.
How can I ensure that I can receive my item on time / be present at the time of delivery ?
You can provide us a contact number along with the order so we can include it in your shipping information. This way, the couriers can contact you if you miss a delivery or to schedule a suitable date and time of delivery. They can also contact you about issues that may rarely occur at customs, making the process of customs clearance smoother. Please rest assured that we will never share any of your private information with any third party other than the courier services.
Can several prints be combined into one tube? If yes, will the shipping charges multiply?
We can combine up to 6-8 prints into one tube, and we only charge an additional +0.99$ for each item added as shipment charges.
I have a custom image I want printed.
Got a specific image on mind? If you have it, we can print it!
If you have any high resolution image you want printed, you can go to our “Bundles“ section and add our "Print for Me" bundle to your cart after you choose the media type and size at the item‘s page. The pricing is same with the standard sizes & media types mentioned in all of our other available products. For your instructions on the print, i.e border request, color adjustment etc. you can use the Notes to Seller section in the checkout page. You can also contact us by clicking the “Ask a Question“ button on the item page.
Do canvas prints come stretched on a frame? / Do you offer framing services?
We send all of our shipments in sturdy cardboard rolls, therefore we are not providing any mounting or framing services. Our customers have their canvas prints mounted at their local frame shops.
Custom and personalized orders
Of course. As we are a print-on-demand shop, all of our orders are prepared from scratch and therefore adjustable before printing. For such changes in size, please pick the closest one available to your desired size and mention your size change in the „Notes to Seller“ section at the checkout page.
Do all of your posters and adhesive prints come with a white border around them? I want the border to be removed.
Indeed, all of our paper prints and posters have a ~0.5 inches white border included in the size. You can also request frame removal in the Notes to Seller section of the checkout page.
When it comes to our canvas prints, since they are designed to be placed inside a frame, if you need to stretch the poster onto a wooden frame, we can leave about 2 inches of space around the canvas to act as leverage during the mounting process. This white space is only visible on the sides of the canvas and should not be visible from the front. This can also be added upon request in the Notes to Seller section of the checkout page.
For US buyers: If you have not received your parcel, then check its status by your tracking number and if its status is: "Notice Left (No Authorized Recipient Available)" or "Out for Delivery" then do this:

The first link describes what and how to do in different situations, and the second link above allows you to track your parcel using the tracking number from Ukrposhta and schedule a redelivery there. Ukrposhta number is suitable for tracking at your local post services.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, you will need to schedule a re-delivery yourself or pick up the package at your USPS location. I do not do refunds if you do not receive your package due to your own fault.
